At Victorian Chocolate & Favors, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of chocolate and food items, certain products are not eligible for return. This policy explains what can and cannot be returned and under what conditions.

Non Returnable Items

For health safety and quality reasons, all chocolate and edible products are non returnable and non refundable once delivered. This includes but is not limited to chocolates dates sweets truffles gift boxes containing edible items and any food products.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on edible items even if unopened.

Returnable Items

Non edible items such as accessories may be eligible for return. Accessories include items such as stands trays jars baskets cups packaging accessories or decorative items sold separately.

To be eligible for a return accessories must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused undamaged and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible accessory please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

A description of the item

Clear photos showing the condition of the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an accessory that is damaged defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds for accessories will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
